Welcome to J.A.M. Janitorial Service. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and website. By hiring our team or using our site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Please read them carefully before scheduling services with us.

1. Services Offered

J.A.M. Janitorial Service provides commercial cleaning services including:

  • Office Building Cleaning

  • Doctor’s Office and Clinic Cleaning

  • Hospital and Healthcare Facility Cleaning

  • School and Educational Facility Cleaning

  • Post-Construction and New Build Clean-Up

We only provide services to commercial properties. We do not offer residential cleaning.

2. Service Scheduling & Access

  • Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to all areas scheduled for cleaning.

  • Cleaning services must be scheduled in advance. Same-day or emergency services may be available for an additional fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to extreme weather, safety issues, or emergencies.

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payments via credit card, ACH, or company checks.

  • Late payments may be subject to a late fee of [Insert Amount or %], and repeated late payments may result in service cancellation.

  • For recurring contracts, invoices are issued [weekly/monthly], with payment due [number of days] after receipt.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

6. Health & Safety

  • We follow strict sanitation protocols, particularly in healthcare and medical environments.

  • Our staff is trained in the safe handling of cleaning chemicals and tools.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service in spaces that pose safety risks to our team (e.g., biological waste, pest infestations, etc.).

7. Damages & Liability

  • J.A.M. Janitorial Service is fully insured. If damage occurs due to negligence on our part, we will make reasonable efforts to repair or compensate.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by the use of incorrect cleaning instructions provided by the client.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business and property. All J.A.M. employees are trained to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate service at any time due to:

  • Unsafe working conditions

  • Repeated late payments or non-payment

  • Abusive or inappropriate client behavior

Clients may cancel ongoing service agreements with 15 days’ written notice.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date clearly listed. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law
